From here, you get a breathtaking view of Louisville, Kentucky across the Ohio River.

Indiana and Kentucky, two states with their own unique charm, connected by the beautiful Ohio River.

There's nothing quite like the thrill of live country music in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee - especially at a venue as iconic as the Opry.

Last nights lineup was a 10/10, with both rising stars and legendary artists taking the stage. Each performance was a testament to the enduring spirit of country music - from soulful ballads to foot-tapping anthems that had the whole audience singing along. 🎤

But the Opry isn't just about the music. It's about the stories, the community, and most importantly about tradition.

I felt privileged to be a part of the Opry History for a moment. ❤️

One of the things I love to do when on a road trip is get up early and take a walk in the local area.

Today I found these beautiful Machine Gun Falls near where we were staying in Tullahoma, Tennessee!

🥃 We had a blast exploring the impressive Jack Daniel’s Distillery! 🌎

Most impressive was to learn that every drop of Jack Daniel’s comes from Lynchburg. There are over 2 million barrels of JD maturing at any one time … with 250 bottles coming from each barrel. That’s a lot of whiskey!! 🤪

The tour follows the whole process from the tranquil spring where Jack Daniel’s all begins to the iconic barrel houses, through the meticulous process of mellowing, distilling, and aging that makes Jack Daniel's so unique.

If you're a fan of this legendary Tennessee whiskey or just curious about its legacy, I highly recommend the tour. It's not just about whiskey; it's about tradition and community, interwoven with a rich history.

Welcome to Vicksburg, Mississippi - a place where history and modern engineering intertwine in the most spectacular way. The highlight? The iconic Vicksburg Bridge that stands as a testament to human ingenuity.

Built in 1973, this cantilever bridge carries Interstate 20 and U.S. Route 80 across the mighty Mississippi River, connecting Delta, Louisiana and Vicksburg. Not only does it provide one of the few interstate crossings over the river, but it's also a sight to behold with its impressive length of 12,974 feet!

Just a stone's throw away is the Old Vicksburg Bridge, a historic truss bridge that was built from 1928 to 1930. This beautiful structure is among the finest historic bridges on the Mississippi, and its story goes back to 1926 when local businessman Harry Bovay first proposed the idea.

Sadly, you can't walk or bicycle across either bridge, but a drive across the new bridge is a must-do for every visitor. 🇺🇸
